Let's give some respect to Enterococcus.  They are a common cause of infections, particularly in hospitals, and can cause various illnesses like urinary tract infections, bacteremia, and endocarditis. Some of them (mostly faecium, which this graphic is based off of) can be quite resistant to antibiotics.  They are gram positive cocci in pairs, so they always bring a friend. How sweet.

This watercolor and ink journal is based on Enterococcus faecium.  This matte journal designed for microbiologists and medical students. The graphics were drawn by me, but the book will be printed by my production company.
