Since all items are custom and handmade to order, we do not ordinarily accept returns if you just change your mind.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We pack all of our boxes with care, but accidents in shipments happen. We will return or replace damaged items.
