Pseudomonas aeruginosa. What can I say about this bug? It's a common Gram-negative, rod-shaped bacterium. It lives primarily in water, soil and vegetation. It usually only infects us in the hospital. It makes a really cool biofilm and uses quorum sensing to be a more effective pathogen. It also can acquire quite a bit of antibiotic resistance. You can't have a party with a quorum of your friends. Pseudomonas means "false unit," and aeruginosa refers to the blue-green colour of laboratory cultures of the species.
